The very famous “rose de mai” from Grasse. From this commenced the reputation of the whole region and of the perfumery profession from the 17th century. There are only 3 hectares left in a very confidential production. Nicolas de Barry proposed a very pure version with almost one third of “rose de mai “ from Grasse absolute associated with notes of winter bergamot from Calabria – the most refined of all the bergamots – and natural ambergris.
