The essence of néroli comes from the distillation of the flower of bigaradier (orange bitter) which grows in abundance in Spain and in Tunisia. It is very used frequently on cake store and on pharmacopoeia. Its hespéridée facet allows the composition of prestigious waters of Cologne. The néroli owes its name to duchess Flavio Orsini, known under the name of princess of Néroli, who threw(launched) the fashion... Archetypal "virgin" Flower, it was fashionable for all XIXth century.
